Hi everyone, I am a first year btech cse collage student , I am trying to earn small but realistic amount of money online around ₹1k-₹5k to start with , even if its below ₹1k I am OK with it.

I'm not looking for get rich quick scheme or anything like that , it's just that I wanna support my parents in some way. Just genuine ways people are actually using like writing, small freelance tasks , editing or any begginer-feirndly online work.

I do have decent english skills and I am good at class 10 to 12th maths and I'm ok with learning basic tools if needed. I also dont mind slow growth as long as its legit.

If u have personally tried something that worked(or didn't) I'd really appreciate your advice, I am willing to give 1 to 2 hr of my schedule daily , thanks in advance, pls do attach websites or name of apps if they're any.

It's been like 10 days since the kandoli as well as bidholi campus hostel wifi is not working , our wifi is automatically getting connected to UPESNET which works extremely slow and always gets connected without internet which is frustrating af. I DONT KNOW WTF IS THE IT DEPARTMENT DOING , ALL THEY SAY IS THAT THEY ARE ABOUT TO INSTALL ROUTERS BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING ANY SHIT! just fed up of this and thinking to rant the IT department today at kandoli campus

Recently I was diagnosed by the doctor at upes and sadly I was told that I am having chickenpox. As it is contagious i was strictly advised by the doctor to stay isolated for 10 to 12 days , so I came back to my home town as my hostel did not contain single rooms. I wanted some relaxation in my 75 percent attendence criteria because I am medically unfit to attend my classes so I mailed all the faculties and my class coordinator about my condition and even reached cluster head but their response was like " they cant help me as all the medical leaves are considered in the 25 percent of leaves only" this is REAL BULLSHIT BECAUSE ITS REALLY UNFAIR NOT ONLY FOR ME BUT FOR ALL THE STUDENTS LIKE ME WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SOME SERIOUS DISEASE AND WONT BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN THEIR 75 PERCENT CRITERIA AND GET UNNECESSARILY DEBARRED DUE TO OUR ILLNESS. I HAVE ASKED THE CLUSTER HEAD TO CHANGE THIS RULE BUT IK THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THIS AND NOTHING MUCH WILL CHANGE CUZ MANAGEMENT IS JUST L!

These days I have been noticing that someone from 2nd or 3rd year does workshops at the campus ground and they ask us to enroll in their program and they say it will guarantee us paid internships , help us in sih and also help us improve all our communication skills but they ask us to pay a fee if 1000 to get entry in it ,PLS TELL IF THESE WPRKSHOPS ARE GENUINLY USEFUL OR ITS JUST SOME SHIT WAY TO JUST EARN MONEY , PLS REPLY HONESTLY

Is there any fresher at bidholi or kandoli who applied for on campus gym and got an email which asks us to fill our personal info and to submit a pic of us. I am in kandoli campus and I applied for gym but till now I haven't received any emails related to password or to fill personal info ,I asked the gym instructor but she said that they cant do anything, I dont know what to do now , I even applied for it the moment gym form came on outlook ,pls help

Can someone tell me how to join any clubs here( like chess , dancing , etc) , I know we need to scan a qr but I am not that techsavy so I dont know how to scan any a random qr through my phone( my phone is samsung), can someone pls guide me

Is there anyone who is living in on campus hostel who feels like they are unable to study properly due to the disturbance of crowd and hostel mates here ?
