Finally received my xteink e-reader in Mumbai – no customs paid!
Ordered on Aug 5, delivered today (Aug 19) in Mumbai. Total 14 days.
Paid ₹8,500 upfront with 15% off + free shipping. Tracking was confusing at times ("OOE No EDI", "Office 99999999"), but I did NOT pay any customs or upload any KYC – everything was prepaid (DDP).
India Post delivered it smoothly. If you're in India and worried about customs, just be patient – it clears automatically since duties are already paid.
