I have always played on PlayStation and don't know much about PCs. I have someone wanting to trade my oculus quest 3 128 Gb for this pc. Is it a good pc? Should I ask anything else to get more clarification?

Looking at these options, what do you think? I'm getting a new updated prescription and also upgrading from gen 1 to gen 2. Open to any thoughts or suggestions.
