Who actually pounds their fist in their hand anymore? If I ever do it, it's for comedic effect and who I'm doing it to is in on the joke. Maybe if it was the 50s I'd take it as a threat, but now I'd laugh if someone did that.

My god being a hardware associate is now a 16 hour job.

You have to do bay a day, sidekick, other downstocking, GET every customer, take care of returns and cardboard. They want me to face the bolts code facing out for every bolt 3" or longer. I swear 2 years ago when I did bay a day it was just decontaminate and organize. Now it's decontaminate, organize, and face the bolts that btw will be ruined in less than 24 hours then you redo it the next week. So Bay a day is now just 2 hours of busy work every day.
