Every time he comes back from the groomer, he comes back with his hair sticking up in every direction and it takes about a week for it to flatten out again. Not sure what part of the groom causes this or how to fix it. Brushing him out does nothing to help. He still gets clean and his coat is soft and silky so that’s the important part, but I’d still like to know if there’s anything I can do at home to just smooth him out a bit if that makes sense. This is my first long haired dog so any advice on future maintenance would be much appreciated.
