Curious what tools/platforms people are using for marketing workflow automation these days?

I work in a small digital team managing multiple websites and marketing channels including SEO, PPC, paid social, reporting and lead handling. We’re trying to reduce repetitive manual tasks, improve internal workflows and connect platforms together more efficiently.

We’re not a heavily technical team, but comfortable enough learning systems if the long-term benefits are there. Ideally looking for something scalable, reliable and manageable without needing dedicated developers.

Interested to hear:
• What platforms/tools are you using?
• What’s worked well for your team?
• What became difficult as you scaled?
