I've done DIY tox multiple times over last year and half and have froze leftovers and it never works when I thaw for me. I've pulled them and stored them in "noodles", I've kept them in the original v_ial and I've even transfered over to a sterile v_ial & it never works! I keep them in a Ziploc bag in a hyrdoflask vacuum sealed food jar in the freezer and allow to thaw for 45 mins to an hour when ready to use. It's always been Nabota and I've read this particular brand doesn't do good frozen and then thawed /used.. anyone else have any tips? Brands that do OK thawed and used? Drives me bananas to throw it away and I think I'm going to stick with 100 units from here on out.. 🥴
