Is cooling technology actually a gimmick?
Been testing "cooling technology" bedding for the past year and honestly? I think it might just be marketing. Feels amazing for the first 60 min then I wake up warm and clammy, somehow worse than a regular light blanket.
Thinking about just switching to natural materials like cotton, bamboo, linen - for anyone who's made that switch, how does it actually hold up in real life? Does natural fabric genuinely keep you cooler through the whole night, or is that kind of overhyped too?
And real talk: cooling tech or just simple breathable fabric plus good airflow? Which side is better?
