Had anyone else had the nightmare issues I've had with my jackery? My 1000 plus will not charge above 400w ever unless I fully deplete the battery to 0% and reset it like 8 times. Randomly none of the power supply will turn on either with the physical buttons or the app forcing me to reset it again; turn it on and off etc until it finally decides it's willing to work again. I've already had it warranty replaced once and the new one is doing the exact same thing... Anyone have any help? Please? And yes I've made sure the settings are in fast charging mode etc... photos in comments....
