Bought a item more than a month ago (AIR) and it didn't arrive, is this normal?

Hello guys, I made a little bit of research before buying in Buyee (it's my first time buying there) and bought a figure via AIR shipping, I read and watch videos of people from my country using this method of shipping so, even if it didn't have a refund or tracking and didn't think it would go so wrong, it's been more than a month now and because it is my first time I dunno if this is normal, Has something similar happened to you? Is this normal or am I screwed?

Gente, socorro, essas fotos são de como meu cabelo fica (geralmente) quando eu finalizo ele, mas recentemente ele não cria ondas nem por reza braba, eu acho que em partes porque já estava precisando cortar (corto em camadas, cortei ontem) mas também percebi que eu to dando tiro no escuro o tempo todo e gastando rios de dinheiro com produtos que nem sei se vão dar certo porque é muito difícil achar alguém com o cabelo igual o meu, com ondas tão sutis, mas que não é liso, geralmente tem mais conteúdos pras cacheadas, mas o cabelo ondulado não define igual um cabelo cacheado.

Se alguém que estiver scrollando tiver um cabelo igual o meu e puder me dar dicas de como domá-lo, fico muito grata 🙏
