I am currently unclear on the garnishment timeline once a case leaves CDP.

I received an LT-11 about one year ago related to roughly 32,000.00 worth of alleged taxes owed. I opted into a CDP hearing, and the CDP officer disagreed with my appeal and has closed the case.

I am in the process of collecting the funds in order to pay -- however it will take me a little bit of time (roughly 30-60 days or so).

I remain concerned that my wages will be garnished before I am able to make full payment. Would anyone know the rough timeline for this? I have no reason to request a payment plan and would like to deal with the debt in full, however do need time to collect the funds to pay.
