So I’m writing an essay in which I analyze how different Batman villains parallel/reflect Batman’s characteristics (i.e. Joker, his sense of order; Two-Face, his sense of justice; Riddler, his intelligence (these are the ones i’m writing about)), and I’m not sure what comics I should look at for this. So far, the only one I know for sure that I’m using is Riddler: Year One.

I’m looking for comics (or really any batman media with an accessible script) that I can do a thorough literary analysis of, so I need something really well-made that uses lot of artistic and/or literary techniques i can analyze.

Please give me some suggestions! :)
