Zero ink output after move and cleanings (Roland MG-300)
Bought a refurbished MG-300 from Wensco and the delivery driver came alone so I had to hire movers to get it into my shop. The test print when the delivery guy/tech brought it was perfect but now after moving, zero ink is printing. I’ve done a medium clean and an ink renewal (which dumped zero ink into the drain tank). The print head was locked during the move and I watched them move it safely. It threw a random motor error 3 times upon initial power up once it was in the basement but it went away after unplugging and plugging back in. I confirmed the capping tubes were still attached.
Could it be a simple capping alignment issue?
What can I do? I have a very large order due in a few days. The machine is under a two year warranty but the sales rep said the tech is fully booked “for a while”.
Thank you for the help!
