What is the training like for the Technicians?

Just wanted to know what its like or what to expect for the training of incoming technicians that get hired at Blue Origin. Anything one can do or study before hand to get a better start?

Hired as a Tech for test and launch ops, just wanted to ask how's the overtime in general at blue? Is it something that's always available to take up or does it go by launch schedule like the closer to the next launch the more man hours are needed.
