Hello - I’ve used multiple books over a decade. I’m looking for some help.

This live HR prop was placed about 8 minutes before Shohei was PH for. He never recorded an AB after this bet was placed. Any other book Ive used would VOID the bet and refund the original bet since it had a 0% of hitting.

To me this is similar to betting on a team to win and than a rainout happens and it’s marked as a “loss”.

Any feedback appreciated - customer support has been poor.

It’s a small bet but at this point I’m more mad about the principle than the money. Thanks!
