I am brand new to cross country skiing! Looking to get into it this winter.
I was gifted these skis / boots / polls and I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about them! I don’t even know if they are classic or skate style.
Should I look to upgrade or are they half decent for a beginner?
We pay into them every pay period, and for what? We’re back to office 4 days a week and they have done nothing to prevent is.
Our the last negotiation period saw people go on strike for a piss poor pay increase, no increase to vacation, and no remote work provisions.
I know people will say “so are you active in your union?” Yes I am. I attend meetings, watch town halls, and email my rep with some frequency.
I don’t see how they’re doing me or my colleagues any good. I’d be happier with keeping my money.

Does anyone here that has a clubeg account and find that the quality of the product has dropped significantly over the last 2 years? When I first got an account 3 years ago it was $200 cheaper and there were way less people using the app, meaning you could book a tee time at one of the nicer courses with relative ease. Sure you still had to book a week out, but if I logged on at 12:00 I could still get a marshes or equinelle spot. Now I swear I log on 15 minutes after the bookings go live and all the spots are gone. Are people using bots? So frustrating!
