Hello, as an incoming transfer student, can I apply to both the traditional UROP and the Changing Gears Program or only one?

Hello, I am a transfer student and got accepted to Emory for cs in CAS and Umich cs for LSA. The cost might be an issue as Umich COA is around 70k per year with Emory being 40k per year.

Anyone has any advice on which to attend? I am not planning to attend grad school for cs so which would be the better choice?
