An honest mistake during job interview: accidentally said I don't have government contributions and have submitted a form since they were asking for it.

Help is this okay? Basically the title speaks for itself. It was an honest mistake on my end, it was a one-day hiring process at a BPO company around 11am I arrived, and I was the first walk-in applicant during the day but had to leave midday for a doctor's appointment and so the TA allowed me to take the final interview online at home.

MY MISTAKE: I mentioned during behavioral (1st) interview that I don't have yet my gov't contributions SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth. WHICH IS TRUE but I completely forgot my Philhealth card since I rarely used it and I'm a fresh grad no bpo experience pa 😩.

ALSO: I'm so worried if this is a possible reason for them to forfeit the offer and the fact that I'm well over the deadline since the email indicated the requirements were to be submitted same day as the job offer.

BUt they sent the email 10:30pm after I finished my final interview online at 9:47ish pm. Pano na yan. I'm so worried this was my 85th job application and only the 1st time where I get to see the last stage of the interview. The only thing that could probably explain this mess is because I was tireddd.

I did send an apology to correct my mistakes and will comply with the said requirements but having those main 2 issues unresolved, I'm honestly conflicted.

Update: I emailed them about it but since it's already 1:30am... 😔
