I was out to eat with one of my friends and a lady walked by holding up money, she was waving it around and staring at me through the window and she look kinda homeless, and then she dropped it on the ground on purpose and walked away. I was gonna go grab it outside and I walked up to the window and it was a 20$ bill but it was late at night and my friend told me not to. Like 5 minutes later she came back and was visibly upset still staring at me and picked up the money and walked off. Kinda weird, anyone have any idea what she was doing? It kinda creeped me out.
