For context, its one of those small white terriers. I dropped it off at my local animal rescue. I constantly saw it roaming around outside dirty and unsupervised. My first concern was it getting caught by another animal or one of the bigger dogs in the area. I also thought it was malnourished. It begging for food from everyone, and even dug in the dumpster and shared scraps with the stray cats. I tried to mind my business but in the end I couldn't. I kinda feel bad bc the family is really sad about losing their dog. AIW
