Is anyone else having issues with access to the Web Remote? ( https://remote.xfinity.com/). My father is an ALS patient and uses the remote with an eye tracking device. Last week the Web Remote completely stop working, I had thought it went down to be fixed or something but has yet to come back. Has the website been completely discontinued?
Moreover, if it has been discontinued, are there any other websites that can be used in its place? Thanks.
