delayed first kiss killed the vibe
so i ‘44NB’ have gone on 5 dates w a woman ‘51F’ i met on hinge, we were both into each other, but it’s been nice getting to know her over several dinners. but after the last one, i broke it off with her because we still havent kissed beyond a very polite peck on the lips. i asked her on the ultimate date during dinner if she was on the ace spectrum and she vehemently denied. so after ending the date with another awkward hug/peck, i broke it off via text the next day. how long is the longest anyone waited for a first kiss? i find this behavior ridiculous and not aligning words to action (she told me multiple times she was attracted to me), please let me know if i’m out of touch. it was very confusing experience since i thought we were vibing. maybe i’m the asshole?
