Dress code rumors and cameras on for all meetings

I’ve heard from multiple people the past few weeks that are plugged in that Frank and company are “disgusted” by how people dress in campuses and call centers and that a formal dress code is on the horizon. Along with everyone having to be “camera ready” at times.

Don’t say you weren’t warned.

Edit: I don’t agree with this decision. I am trying to give people a heads up that this is coming they are working out specifics. Your average DM and FLM will find out the same time you will.

All 6850s are getting closed out by 9/30

Rumors about this had been out there for a while but official logistics just came out a little while ago. Everyone is going to be on a FY rating period going forward.

Fucking sucks.

The lack of trust…why do they find it so surprising?

A consistent thing I have seen the past few months is that the SES is genuinely surprised that everyone who is an IR-01 and below does not believe anything that comes out of their mouths. This is despite the SES members who are left personally know peers of theirs who got fucked over last year, or have been specifically fucked over themselves. Y’all have any ideas why? Any of the SES who do come here want to chime in on your burner accounts?

NTEU is Potentially Damaging to the IRS

I have also heard that management is taking NTEU signs and swag from employees desks after hours

For people who had their annual rating lowered, what were your options if you disagreed or wanted to appeal?

The great lowering of performance evaluations (which totally isn’t happening per the chicken shit SES motherfuckers) has come to my neck of the agency. What exactly are the options to appeal if you disagree and want to formally pursue?

Now Dr. Phil is in this Protection Tax commercial! WTH?!

It’s bad enough he’s doing Car Shield commercials but now this? He must really be hurting for money! Which actually kind of makes me happy.

So since I didn’t see anyone else post anything about this…there was a mandate to get PIPs issued on May 1st. Most of them went out after TODs ended. These are basically being treated as a death sentence. Happy Monday!
