Have you ever been managed out? I was told I am being demoted due to my staff performance.
The last three months I have been being documented and any small mistake is pointed out. I feel miserable and im really wondering if my employer wants me out, instead of just demoted. They talk about managing staff out but I didn’t think they would do that to me.
