So I think I messed up when updating my bios.

I udated the bios on my MSI H610ME DDR4 mobo and when my pc rebooted it showed a white screen. And because Im dumb I panicked and manually restarted my pc. Now when I power my pc on all the components seemingly power on but an orange led debug light briefly appeares and then dissapears and my pc just gets stuck and dowsnt do anything else, no display or anything just fans running. What do I do?
