Almost done.
I am currently waiting to be promoted to a manager position and I genuinely don’t think it’s worth it at this point.
The two manager positions that I could get are both filled by the laziest, non caring idiots I’ve ever worked with.
One of them refuses to work harder than a sloth on downers.
The other one refuses to touch anything in pet care even though it is his job.
I am currently doing BOTH of their jobs as a part time employee with minimal pay.
One of them has also been stealing from the company for over 2 years.
Why is it so hard for them to get people who WANT the store to succeed and get rid of the ones who don’t?
That’s all.
Rant over.
