Strange issue im running into with Jellyfin, looks like any movies or tv shows im watching are not encoding, i have attempted 2 different gpu's and different operating systems for this, i know im going to get some slack for this but my current media library is on a spanned array and need migrated, my current version and evevrything attempted will be listed below

VMware esxi 8.0u3 -> Windows Server 2022 W/GPU passthrough -> Jellyfin 10.10.7

VMware esxi 8.0u3 -> Windows 10 professional W/GPU passthrough -> Jellyfin 10.10.7

Both have been tested with the quadro p100 and gtx 1050 ti

Any ideas on what i could try?
