Hey everyone looking into insight as a FHO, I got a quote from a buyers agent looking at about 3% and a transaction fee of $500. Is this typical for DFW I was looking to get that down to 2.5 or a little less and waive the fee ideally but I don’t have much experience so curious to see what others are seeing
