Hello has anyone had experience with treating clitoral adhesion on the nhs? I've tried looking it up on their website but there's no information on it there.

I'm 18 and can't retract the hood back from my clit like you can barely see the tip of it. It makes trying to clean out the smegma a literal pain and I feel little sensation in it apart from painful overstimulation. I'm frustrated and annoyed but I have no idea if this is something a GP can treat or if I should go to a sexual health clinic ect.

I've always had problems with my period due to it being very painful some months (usually manageable with ibuprofen though) and it can give me pretty bad depression (to the point of suicidal ideation). i've been tracking my cycle with an app and i realised that the gap between my periods are very inconsistent with the shorter ones being 27 days and the longer ones being 44 days. the longest was a few months ago when it got to 67 days (the only reason i wasn't freaking out was bc i knew i couldn't be pregnant). i think this counts as irregular but i'm not sure. should i see a gp about this along with the other symptoms?
