Health is hurt = items appear is such a broken artifact effect. It doesn’t matter much to me as I’ve completed the main story and DLC now but man is it funny that I can honk my head a few times for some items (and a lot of the time get repair putty)

Why did my friendly dumpster give me an essential puncture proof tire? I’m done with the main story and I’m on the mission to get tape #6 in the DLC, and the game hasn’t said anything about a specific tire. I have all the tires on my car, so was this just a random chance or do I need to bring this and the game just isn’t telling me?
