This is less about Bryke and more about attitudes within the fandom I guess.

Whenever we as fans criticise the newer stuff they produce (or also parts of the older stuff), we are told we are just “toxic” or “nostalgic” and that we are too “negative” and should be grateful that we even get new stuff. “Haters”.

I loved ATLA because of its world, the four nations, the cultural influences, the martial arts, the art style, the characters, the lore etc.

If none of this exists in newer works - e.g. Seven Havens - why the fuck would I still be into that?! And why can’t people in the fandom accept that not everyone will love everything Bryke put out just because it’s within the Avatar brand? It’s not like they’re gods and we have to worship the earth they’re walking on. They created a legendary show and then immediately forgot what made it good. It’s like they don’t understand what made it special in the first place. Hint: It’s not the idea of an avatar and cool-looking fight scenes.

ich hatte vor 4 Tagen meine Mastek im Sana Klinikum und habe jetzt dumme Fragen an euch.

1. In den Anleitungspapieren steht zum einen, dass man den Bolero 1-2 mal täglich für 2-3 Stunden lüften soll, nachdem man die Nippelverbände abgemacht hat (wäre morgen bei mir). Aber dann steht da auch, dass man ab Woche 2 den Bolero einmal täglich für 2-3 Stunden lüften soll. Ich bin …sehr verwirrt, ab wann und wie lange wirklich.

2. Hat eu*re Hausärzt*in die Fäden gezogen? Meiner weigert sich bei allem, was er nicht zwingend machen muss. Hab noch nicht angerufen. Aber ich hab Sorge, dass er sich weigert und ich dann wieder zum Krankenhaus müsste, weil das schon eine Strecke für mich ist.

3. Mir wurde beim Anziehen des Boleros so ein Pack Kompressen schief in die Mitte reingelegt wie so ein Kissen. Hattet ihr das auch? Sollte ich den drin lassen oder bald raus machen?
