Perhaps those with more wrinkled brains than myself can ELI5.
So I (a Canadian citizen) applied for a job, and my resume is retained. And then to my complete and utter shock (I am deffo not in any way, shape, or form shocked) due to the inability to find ANY suitable Canadian applicants (like me and countless others who probably applied) a LMIA is requested. Glad to see this program isn't being abused.
