I got 15% scholarship through GAT exam and I have decided to take CSE(data science)

Is anyone joining CSE(data science), did anyone pay the provisional amount??

Is that money refundable and till when can I take a refund of that money and how much education loan can I get and I also got 24k rank EAMCET do I need to chose between gat scholarship and eamcet scholarship, I also have EWS will i my fees decrease.

And does this scholarship apply only for first year or for all the four years
