Do i give partial refund or no
A buyer is requesting a partial refund (through depop) after messaging me saying a dress i sold was too short on her and that i didn’t give the right measurements (the measurements i gave her were according to the brands website but depop still took her side).
Should i accept the partial refund (i don’t know yet what the amount will be) or just have the buyer return it and list it again. I just don’t see what’s the point in keeping it after insisting it’s too short and reporting it to depop but now requesting a partial refund
