Hi all, I just got my LM Linea Mini R from FedEx last evening and….the right foot (beneath the drip tray) is quite bent. The drip tray slants when I try to slot it in. The whole machine is wobbly and unbalanced as a result of that foot bent inwards.

For context, I’m based in Singapore and but purchased the machine from a Malaysia-based shop because it’s the last few pieces of Light Blue in stock within our region!

While the shop is usually quite responsive, now i’m wondering if I should:

1. Directly contact LM’s SEA service Center, which is located in Singapore?
2. Still go through the shop I purchased my LM from?
3. Is this occurrence actually common??

Really bummed out but I have heard of many positive experiences with LM’s servicing, so I’m also a little more reassured. TIA!
