how does the accelerate enchant work? the hud only scales to 100%, but I feel like it goes faster than that. I’m working with a unique butterfly crossbow with 3 levels of accelerate and 3 levels of chain reaction. at some points I feel like I’m going through 30-40 arrows per second.

looking for my first pc, something that could run cod vanguard at 60+ fps, and having alright load speed for under 800$, is that possible?
