Can y'all tell me happy birthday ?

It's my birthday today and it's been pretty shitty so far. I don't want to go into details but everyone who's said happy birthday to me has dead named or misgendered me. There are other things that have gone wrong but I don't want to go into that rn

Edit: Thank you all for your amazingly kind words. I definitely don't have the time to reply to all of you but I have every single one of your comments and they've made my day just a tiny bit better. Thank you all again so much

Just looked in the mirror and actually kinda liked what I saw

I'm literally crying rn. I've always hated the way I looked and I used to not be able to stand looking in mirrors or at photos of myself. Anyways, I'm cleaning my room and I get a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I just gasped. I've had times where I haven't minded the way I looked but this is the first time I actually liked what I saw looking back at me. I spent a little more time just looking in the mirror and the longer I looked the more I noticed things I disliked but for a little bit I liked how I look. I'm only 6 months on get and I'm soooooooo happy that I'm already seeing changes that are making me this happy. I can't wait to see even more changes!

Male failed for the first time today

I went to the store and I was freaking out about going down the makeup aisle when when an employee came up and said, "Can I help you find anything miss?" After I spoke she "corrected" herself and apologized for calling me miss. That was a few hours and I'm still riding that high. The best part was I wasn't even attempting to pass. I was wearing baggy men's clothes and I hadn't even done my hair.

How to correct my brother without sounding like a jerk or like I'm nagging him

I recently came out to my younger brother who is 13 and while he seems supportive, he also hasn't seemed to try and change how he refers to me. I don't think it's out of malice but it is just really bugging me. He'll constantly call me man, dude, bro, and other such things. I know it's going to take some time for him to adjust but like I said before, he hasn't even once referred to me with even she/her. I'm terrible with confrontation and I also don't want to annoy him and so I was hoping to get some advice
