I discovered the fraud and I am launching a legal battle to restore my parental rights. However, the chaos of this dispute has trapped my commercial driving credentials in a massive government administrative processing lag. My license is frozen, blocking my ability to work. My physical disability prevents me from doing conventional local labor, my savings are entirely wiped out, and I am facing immediate housing eviction before my next court date on July 6th.

I have spent my entire adult life working to support my family while living with a lifelong mobility disability. I have always pushed through challenges, stayed independent, and provided for my children. I raised my older children entirely on my own from infancy to adulthood without any outside support, and I have always taken pride in doing everything I can for my family.

For years, I tried to navigate an extremely fractured and alienated family situation involving my youngest child. I repeatedly brought forward serious concerns to the proper authorities, but instead of being heard, I was dismissed and treated with clear bias by a justice system that refused to acknowledge the issues I was reporting. This failure left me without support and without protection. Only recently did I discover a devastating truth. A major family death had occurred years earlier, and the individuals involved, along with the very systems meant to uphold fairness, kept this information from me while cutting me out of my child’s life entirely.

Because this information was never reported to the proper authorities, government records remained unchanged. As a result, an enforcement agency continued to bill and penalize me for support balances long after the payee was deceased, without my knowledge and without any legal basis.

When I finally uncovered what had happened, I began a long and exhausting effort to correct the file. For months, I pushed for answers, documentation, and accountability. Eventually, the department admitted to significant administrative errors and removed most of the wrongful balances. However, they are still aggressively penalizing my accounts over a remaining government assistance balance that was tied to the deceased individual’s file, not my child.

These sanctions have blocked essential work access, damaged my credit, and triggered an eviction notice that is now moving forward. I have spent months trying to resolve this through every proper channel, but I have received no cooperation, no follow up, and no meaningful action from the agency responsible. I am trapped in a cycle of system failures, delays, and administrative abuse while my situation becomes more urgent by the day.

I am now fighting to assert my rights as the surviving parent, secure proper custody, stabilize my housing, and rebuild a safe and secure life for my child. I am navigating legal processes, government departments, and complex administrative barriers with no immediate financial relief in sight.
