6th lumbar vertebrae
I learned I have a 6th lumbar vertebrae! And back arthritis!
The vertebrae will have a rotating list of fancy snooty names because it's so extra 😊
But in good news, I'm officially special!
Fun!

I have a ton of leafhoppers in my garden. We're 10 miles east of Parker on some acerage, I dont want to use pesticides.
I dont know 100% if they're doing damage, my tomatoes and peppers are doing lousy but the dirt might be too nitrogen rich. Corn is looking ok, squash is still small but ok.
I have straw mulch over soaker hose, so they're probably comfy cozy 🙄
Glad it isn't grasshoppers or Japanese beetles, but still would like to get rid of them if in foe numbers. I have a big bag of Eco-Bran that I've used for grasshoppers
Thanks for suggestions!
It's little, but its a real bulb! This was on the edge of the garlic bed, hopefully they get bigger towards the middle. Planted last October. I think this is Chesnok red
Hi all,
I have grade 3/4 OA under the kneecaps, left isn't quite as bad. The doc said its a matter if when, not if, for a partial replacement. I generally dont have much pain so I'm not rushing. Had gel shots two weeks ago, either have not worked or haven't kicked in yet.

Basically, how long can a partial replacement last? I understand there will be a huge range. I'm 45f, currently about 180, tall, overall decent health.

I'll get the replacements when I have to, but am not thrilled about the idea of having those replaced again in the future...
