My sister hates me (23M) and my girlfriend (23F) for no apparent reason, and I don't know how to handle it

My girlfriend and I have a happy and healthy relationship, but there's one thing that's been making life at home really difficult.

For some reason, my sister seems to hate both of us. As far as I know, neither of us has done anything to her. We've never had a major argument or conflict that would explain her behavior, yet she's always cold and hostile whenever we're around.

It has reached the point where being at my parents' house feels uncomfortable because of the tension she creates. Even my parents have noticed it. They've told me to just leave her alone because they've basically given up trying to understand or change her behavior. They don't think there's much else I can do.

The problem is that I still have to deal with the awkward atmosphere whenever we're all together, and it's starting to wear me down. I don't want to fight with my sister, and I don't want this to affect my relationship with my girlfriend either.

Lately I've caught myself thinking that maybe I should give her a taste of her own medicine just so she understands what she's putting us through. I don't actually want to become that kind of person, which is why I'm asking for advice before I do something I'd regret.

Any advice? or payback ideas?
