Swimming with a disc - does it actually work?
Ive been using flex disposable discs for about 4 months and I love them. Do they actually hold up for swimming? I used a tampon yesterday because I was nervous since its my neighbors pool. Im going swimming again today and im wondering if discs actually work when swimming?
