AdMob rejected my account 5-6 times but won’t tell me why

I need some advice. My AdMob account keeps getting rejected. I think I’ve resubmitted around 5-6 times now.

The confusing part is that AdMob doesn’t tell me the exact reason. Policy Center shows no issues, my app is verified, payment profile is complete, address/phone are correct, and the app is already live on Google Play.

App name: Kawaii Doodle: Lockscreen Draw

Package name: com.kawaii.doodle

The home page still says my account isn’t approved and I need to fix some issues, but I don’t know what those issues are.

I contacted Google Play Developer Support, but they said they can only help with Play Console issues and told me to contact AdMob support.

I also posted in the AdMob Help Community. A product expert replied with the generic “AdMob account wasn’t approved” help article and basically said they can’t assist with these matters in the community.

So now I’m stuck in a loop:

- Play Support says contact AdMob

- AdMob Help mostly sends me to articles/community

- Community says they can’t help with account approval

- AdMob keeps rejecting the account without showing the actual reason

Has anyone had this happen before?

What are the hidden things that can cause AdMob account rejection even when the Policy Center is clean?

A few things I already checked:

  • I don’t have any duplicate AdMob or AdSense account.
  • My payment profile is completed and the details are correct.
  • My app-ads.txt is added and AdMob has already found it.
  • My app is live on Google Play.
  • My app is verified inside AdMob.
  • Policy Center shows no current issues.
