i have a question anyone who can answer, i’ve been struggling with eating the recommended calories(350) for taking the medication, i’ve ended up deciding i will start fasting due to my weight being unhealthy, but it’s not recommended to take it without food, the common side effects are nausea and possibly throwing up i want to know if this is true or if i’m missing somthing
