Mei Roji is the sister of Eechiro Roji. She was captured by Emperor Zhao when he stabbed her with a jade arrow, which infected her body and mind. Now she believes she is Zhao's loyal follower and that her sole purpose is to kill her brother, Eechiro, while harboring feeling for Zhao.
