I live in Greenfield, MA and ever since Xfinity did some "system upgrades" in our area, there has been numerous outages these last few months. This has been very disruptive to my internet business and I'm more and more feeling I can't rely or trust my connection which is definitely problematic. Any information on what's going on and what can be done about it would be appreciated.
