My ortho is moving practices/states next month. My son's treatment ended last week, when the ortho broke the news. He has one more appointment. Over the few years, the service was uneven. Now that she's leaving, what do I need to ask for before she does? I had asked for before-and-after photos, but I'm afraid she'll forget in the moving shuffle. I never got a copy of the treatment contract; is there a point in getting it now? Do orthos leavecon file the impression records for the retainers? Etc. Etc. Thank you.

A family member has high cholesterol, takes statins and consumes psyllium husk daily, but eats plenty of cheese, cream, meat, and pastries throughout the week. I'd like to introduce them to the idea of counting their grams of saturated fat, eventually to keep intake to 15 grams max. I'd love to hear your hacks/advice. Thanks!
