SpiceJet lost my girlfriend’s luggage after multiple boarding issues
My girlfriend had a SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Pune on 19 May around 4:50 PM and the entire experience was chaotic.
We reached the airport around 3:45 PM but her ticket QR kept showing invalid. At the SpiceJet help desk, they gave another QR and told us to take a photo of it on the phone because they didn’t provide a proper boarding pass. That QR also failed to scan.
An Army official finally helped her get inside, and once she was in, she was given a handwritten ticket instead of a printed boarding pass.
After landing in Pune, she went to collect her luggage and was told that her baggage was never checked in.
How does this even happen when the airline system itself failed multiple times during boarding?
