I'm looking to join virgin as a new customer for TV + broadband.

I'm keen to get traditional satellite TV instead of the new stream box service, so I can watch live sport without a delay.

I've seen other posts on here mention that they don't offer satellite online, but that you can still get it over the phone.

However, when I called today they said it's no longer possible and they don't offer it at all.

Is this true, that satellite TV has been completely discontinued for new customers?
