Every year non union busting call. They should be scared of unions coming into the stores. How dare we want fair wages and fair treatment!!

I can not hire at minimum wage. I was told to get around it us to hire through work programs. We expect 5 yrs experience and a great background in retail and expect credit cards and rewards sign ups yet pay minimum wage. We get what we pay for. Minimum effort for minimum wage.Do better Michaels and stop bragging about how much money you are bringing in.
