Lightheadedness 8 months into treatment

10 months ago, I was prescribed Minoxidil 2.5 mg and Spironolactone, starting at 20 mg → 50 mg → 75 mg. I’ve been on 75 mg since then.

I had almost no side effects from both medications at the time. In between, I would get injections every 2–3 months (PRP, dutasteride, exosome). Still no side effects.
Then, around 8 months in, I started getting slightly lightheaded when standing up. It was very mild at first.

Last month, I went for another session and noticed my lightheadedness getting worse. At one point, I got so dizzy that I couldn’t see anything for a few seconds. But I didn’t feel like I was going to pass out.

Most experiences I’ve read say the body eventually adjusts and the symptoms get better. For me, though, the symptoms appeared or worsened more than 6 months in.
I’ll be going on a long trip soon, and I’m thinking of lowering the dose to 50 mg just to be safe. I don’t want to pass out in a foreign country. Especially that it's summer.

Did i almost get kidnapped?

I was standing right outside a residential building around 1am in AlYarmouk - overlooking a main, busy street btw - A car pulled up with tinted windows and the passenger riding in the back rolled down the window (he was a young male who looked very suspicious) he asked me if i needed a ride. I was on the phone so i just ignored him. He then proceeded to ask me to come in. When i kept on ignoring. The person in the passenger seat rolled down the window (a hijabi woman who looked very normal) and said "Come with us". Only then did i freak out and went back inside. I thought it was the normal catcalling situation at first. But once i saw the woman sitting at the front, i got really freaked out. I'm not sure if they were locals but they looked and sounded like it tbh.

I had friends tell me AlYarmouk is sketchy like that. The encounter wasn't normal and they were probably up to no good (trafficking/kidnapping). Although, what kinda gang would ask a woman to get in the car and expect her to just hop in?

FYI: i'm not from Riyadh, i was only visiting.
